Cy Silver is the superintendent of the Norris School District. Silver was appointed superintendent effective January 1, 2021. Silver's previous career experience includes working as an administrator for Kern High School and as a former member of the Norris School District Board of Trustees.[1]

- Kelly Miller was the superintendent of the Norris School District from 2015 to 2020. Miller's previous career experience includes working as an elementary school principal, assistant superintendent, and western region coordinator of public affairs for Contel.[2]

The Norris School District Board of Trustees is composed of five members elected to four-year terms. In 2022, the Norris School District switched from holding at-large elections to by-district elections. Districts 3, 4, and 5 transitioned to by-district seats in 2022 and Districts 1 and 2 transitioned to by-district seats in 2024.
