North Dakota Medical Center Mill Levy Referendum, Measure 1 (1982)

The North Dakota Medical Center Mill Levy Referendum, also known as Measure 1, was on the November 2, 1982 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have repealed the one mill statewide levy on property that funded the state medical center.[2]
