The question on the ballot:
MEASURE C: Shall Section 2 of the Initiative adopted by Measure V be repealed to allow North San Joaquin Water Conservation District to impose and collect a groundwater charge as described in Water Codesections 75500 et seq. beginning in the fiscal year following the adoption of this measure, and in future years? In adopting a groundwater charge, North San Joaquin Water Conservation District will comply with all applicable California state laws.[1] |
