This measure sought to renew the current town sales tax which is set at 1/2 percent for a period of fifteen years in order to pay for capital improvements and notably sewer and water improvements in the city.[2]
Current Statewide
A 2013 statewide measure, Amendment 66, would authorize Colorado to increase taxes with an expected revenue increase of $950 million for school funding.[3]
