| Measure B: Shall the order adopted on May 12, 2010, by the Local Agency Formation Commission of Nevada County establishing a Special Tax for the purpose of funding the operation of the Oak Tree Community Park and Recreation District be approved, said tax to be $27.00 per year for each improved parcel and $14.00 per year for one or more unimproved parcels held in the same ownership?[1] |
