This measure sought to renew the current fire levy which is set at a rate of 2 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for fire and ambulance protection services in the township.[2] This renewal will reduce the previous levy by a rate of .7 mills but will generate near $69,100 for services in the township.[3]
