Patrick W. Stanton

Patrick W. Stanton is a probate and family court associate justice for the Plymouth Probate and Family Court in Plymouth County, Massachusetts.[1][2] He was nominated to the court by former Governor Deval Patrick on February 22, 2012, and was confirmed by the Governor's Council in March 2012.[3][4] Stanton may serve on the court until he turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[5]
Education
Stanton received his A.A. from Massasoit Community College in 1987, his undergraduate degree from Stonehill College in 1990 and his J.D. from the Suffolk University School of Law in 1993.[3]
Career
From 1994 until he joined the Plymouth Probate and Family Court in 2012, Stanton worked as an attorney in his solo practice. He also previously served as a license commissioner for the City of Brockton, Massachusetts, from 1997 to 2003.[3]
