Paul Mannes
Paul Mannes was a bankruptcy judge for the District of Maryland. He was appointed on December 30, 1981, reappointed for a second 14-year term in 1995, and for a third 14-year term in 2009. Judge Mannes died on January 20, 2016.[1][2][3]
Education
Mannes earned a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Laws from Georgetown University.[4]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Mannes worked for longer than two decades as a private practice attorney in Maryland and Washington, D.C.[2]
