Peggy L. Ableman
Peggy L. Ableman was a judge on the New Castle County Superior Court in Delaware.[1] She joined the bench in 1983, and retired on October 31, 2012.[2]
Education
Ableman received her B.A. from Simmons College, and her J.D. from Emory University School of Law.[3]
Career
Ableman served as a Superior Court judge from 1983 until her retirement in 2012. Before joining the bench, she was an assistant U.S. attorney for the District for Delaware from 1979 to 1983. In 2013, she joined the firm McCarter & English as special counsel in product liability. She's also an adjunct professor at the Villanova School of Law.[3]
