Penny G. Golightly was a judge for the Floyd County Court in Floyd County, Texas.[1] She was elected to the court in 2006. Golightly was defeated in her bid for re-election in the March 2014 primary and stepped down from the bench at the end of her last term in December 2014.[2][3][4]
