Perry Berkowitz
Perry Berkowitz ran for election to the Lake County School Board to represent District 1 in Florida. Berkowitz was disqualified from the primary scheduled on August 28, 2018.
Berkowitz was removed from the ballot after a judge ruled that he had failed to comply with the "Resign to Run" law, which mandates resignation from other elected boards 10 days before qualifying.[1]
