A collective bargaining agreement (CBA), in the context of police union contracts, is a contract between a state, city, or other governing entity and a police union to establish rights, protections, and provisions for law enforcement officers. What follows is the text of the agreement entered into by the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and the Milwaukee Police Association, Local #21 effective January 1, 2020, and expired on December 31, 2022.[1]
