R. H. Bielstein
R.H. "Sandy" Bielstein was a judge for the Fort Bend County Court at Law No. 4 in Texas. He joined the court in 2001. Bielstein died on April 1, 2017.[1]

Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 59.6 percent of the vote. He competed against Warren Diepraam.
