Randall A. Hutchens is a district court judge for the 42nd District Court, which presides over Calloway County in Kentucky.[1] He was re-elected by voters in 2010 and 2014.[2][3][4] He ran for election to the 42nd Circuit Court in 2015.[5]

Hutchens was elected to the 42nd District Court. He defeated challenger Jeanné Carroll with 58.23 percent of the vote on November 2, 2010.[2][6]
