Elliott received a bachelor's degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1974 and a master's degree in 1975. He graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law with his J.D. in 1980.[3]

Career

Elliott was an assistant district attorney at the Oklahoma County District Attorney's office from 1980 to 1998.[3]
