Ray C. Elliott
Ray C. Elliott was an officeholder of the Oklahoma Judicial District 7. He assumed office in 1999. He left office in 2022.
Elliott won re-election to the Oklahoma Judicial District 7 outright after the general election on November 6, 2018, was canceled.

Education
Elliott received a bachelor's degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1974 and a master's degree in 1975. He graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law with his J.D. in 1980.[3]
Career
Elliott was an assistant district attorney at the Oklahoma County District Attorney's office from 1980 to 1998.[3]
