Collapse all
|- Public Safety - The police department, corrections, and E-911 needs to hire more qualified candidates to ensure public safety.
- Government Spending - Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government needs to operate within its means and maintain a balanced budget without overspending.
- Roadway Improvements and Sensible Growth- Improve roads and striping.
We also need to preserve our horse industry while promoting growth in our rural areas around I-64 and I-75 on the southeast part of Lexington. The citizens’ roads outside of our urban service areas are neglected and need updated improvements. Sensible growth and development in the right areas will generate more income from our taxpayers for the city to combat inflation and provide the public safety services that are so critically needed.
