Ricardo C. Jackson was a judge on the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. After his retirement, he continued on for some time as a senior judge.[1]

Education

Jackson earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia Union University and his J.D. from Howard University.[2]
