Richard Fehling was a federal bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Fehling was appointed as a bankruptcy judge on February 14, 2006.[1] Fehling retired effective May 31, 2019.[2]

Education and early life

Fehling received his undergraduate degree from Yale University in 1974 and his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law in 1979, where he graduated first in his class.[1][3][4]
