Richard I. Cooper
Richard I. Cooper was a judge for the 51st Circuit Court in Michigan (counties of Lake and Mason). After serving for 36 years, Cooper did not seek re-election in 2014 and retired on January 1 of the following year.[1]
Education
Cooper received his undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University and his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law. He was admitted to the bar in 1973.[2]
