Richard McNally is a judge of the Supreme Court 3rd Judicial District in New York. The 3rd District has jurisdiction over the counties of Albany, Columbia, Greene, Rensselaer, Schoharie, Sullivan and Ulster. McNally was elected to the court on November 5, 2013 to a fourteen-year term.[1]

McNally ran for election to the Supreme Court 3rd Judicial District. General: He defeated W. Dennis Duggan and Carol Donnelly Stevens in the general election on November 5, 2013, receiving 53.6 percent of the vote.[2][1]

Education
McNally earned his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his J.D. from St. John's University in Jamaica, New York.[4]
Career
Before his election to the court, McNally served as the district attorney for Rensselaer County, New York.[5]
