Richard Tozer was a 2014 judicial candidate for the La Paz County Justice Courts in Arizona.[1] He ran unsuccessfully for the same position in 2010.

Tozer ran for election to the La Paz County Justice Courts.
Primary: He was defeated in the Republican primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 48.7 percent of the vote. He competed against Charlene Shontz-Weis and Jay Clagg. [1][2]

2010

Tozer ran as an Independent in the general election.[3] He was defeated by Charlene Shontz-Weis in the general election.[4]

Education

Tozer received his Master's degree in counseling psychology in 1979.[5]

Career

Tozer has served as the county court administrator and chief probation officer in La Paz for 27 years.[5]
