Robert A. Mulligan is a former chief justice for administration and management for theMassachusetts Superior Court.[1] He retired from the bench on July 16, 2013 when he reached the mandatory retirement age of 70.[2] Mulligan was appointed to the bench in 1982 by Governor Edward J. King.[1]
