Russell D. Kegley was a 2014 judicial candidate for the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas in Ohio. At the time of the election, he was a judge of the Portsmouth Municipal Court in Scioto County.[1]

Kegley ran for election to the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas Probate/Juvenile Division.
Primary: He was defeated in the Republican primary on May 6, 2014, receiving 48 percent of the vote. He competed against Alan Lemons. [2][1]

2011

Kegley was re-elected to the Portsmouth Municipal Court after running unopposed on November 8, 2011.[3]
