Ruth A. Jakubowski
Ruth A. Jakubowski was a judge of the Maryland 3rd Circuit Court Baltimore County. She assumed office on May 20, 2002. She left office on June 19, 2023.

Jakubowski received her undergraduate degree from William Smith College in 1975, her master's degree in public administration from Syracuse University in 1978, and her J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law in 1978.[3]
