MEASURE N: "To improve student learning and safety in neighborhood schools, shall Savanna Elementary School District rehabilitate 46-50-year old classrooms and school facilities, upgrade fire/safety/security systems, repair or replace deteriorated roofs, electrical, plumbing, restrooms, heating, and ventilation, and improve classroom technology and school libraries; by issuing $24,935,000 in bonds at legal rates, qualifying for State matching funds, with independent citizens' oversight, mandatory audits, no administrator salaries, and all funds benefiting Savanna elementary schools?"[1]
