Randolph won re-election to the 36th District seat in 2010. He did not have any opposition in the August 24 primary. The general election took place on November 2, 2010. Randolph defeated Greg Reynolds (R), Lawanna Gelzer (NPA) and Larry Limbaugh (Write-in).[3]

On November 4, 2008, Randolph won re-election to the Florida House of Representatives from Florida's 36th District, defeating Stephen Villard (R). Randolph received 34,302 votes in the election while Villard raised 12,972.[4] Randolph raised $89,178 for his campaign; Villard raised $4,762.[5]
