February 27, 2020: Sixty-six percent (66%) of American workers have the opportunity to take paid leave from their job. That total includes 77% of full-time workers and 23% of those with part-time jobs.[1]
Ninety-five percent (95%) of those with paid leave available enjoyed paid vacation time. Ninety-four percent (94%) could use paid leave for health-related issues. Seventy-six percent (76%) had access to paid leave for the birth or adoption of a child.[1]
