January 15, 2025: In 35 states, voters have decided on 96 constitutional amendments in 2024. Of these 96 constitutional amendments, 60 (63%) were approved by voters and 36 (38%) were rejected. This is the lowest overall approval of state constitutional amendments since 2005, when just 14 (54%) of 26 amendments were approved.
