Scott W. Reed
Scott Reed (Republican Party) is a member of the Louisville City Council in Kentucky, representing District 16. He assumed office in 2017. His current term ends on January 1, 2029.

Biography
Scott Reed was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Reed earned a high school diploma from Waggener High School and a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisville in 1985. His career experience includes working as a VP-Officer with V.G. Reed & Sons, a Hubzone certified print and fulfillment company in Louisville.[1][2]
