Shawn Overbey is an officeholder of the Virginia 7th Judicial District. He assumed office on April 21, 2021. His current term ends on April 15, 2027.

Prior to his time on the bench, Overby worked as a partner at the Heath, Overbey, Verser & Old law firm in Newport News.
