Sheila Taylor was an officeholder of the Dayton City School District, At-large in Ohio. Taylor assumed office in 2007. Taylor left office in 2019.
Taylor ran for re-election to the Dayton City School District, At-large in Ohio. Taylor won in the general election on November 3, 2015.

Opposition
Three of the seven seats on the Dayton Public Schools Board of Education were up for election on November 3, 2015. All members represent the district at-large.
John McManus defeated incumbent Nancy Nerny for a seat on the board. Incumbents Robert Walker and Sheila Taylor won re-election to their seats.[1][2][3]
Candidates Jerome Brunswick, Ann Marie Gallin and John Lumpkin Jr. filed to run in the election, but they withdrew from the race before the withdrawal deadline.[4]

Funding
Taylor reported $5,936.35 in contributions and $5,629.75 in expenditures to the Montgomery County Board of Elections, which left her campaign with $306.60 on hand in the election.[5]

Taylor received no official endorsement for her campaign during the election.
