Two Shelby City Health & Street Levy Renewal measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the city of Shelby which is in Richland County.

The first measure sought to renew the current health department levy which is set at a rate of .9 mills for a further five years in order to continue to provide health services to the city.

The second measure sought to renew the current street income tax which is set at a rate of .25 percent for a further 5 years in order to continue to pay for street repairs and services as needed in the city.[1]
