Sheldon K. Rennie is a judge for the New Castle County Superior Court in Delaware. He was appointed on April 27, 2018, by Governor John Carney Jr. for a term that ends on April 27, 2030.[1]
Before his appointment to the Superior Court of Delaware, Rennie was a judge for the Court of Common Pleas in New Castle County, Delaware. He was appointed by Gov. Jack Markell in June of 2013 to replace Judge Andrea L. Rocanelli.[2][3] His term expires in 2025.
Education
Rennie received his undergraduate degree from Long Island University and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.[2]
Career
Prior to his appointment to the bench, Rennie was a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since 2001. He has also worked as an associate for Pricket Jones & Elliot, P.A. and as an adjunct professor at Villanova University School of Law.[2]
