Shelly Botkin
Shelly Botkin is a former member of the Public Utility Commission of Texas. She was first appointed to the commission by Governor Greg Abbott (R) on June 11, 2018.[1] Botkin resigned from the commission on March 8, 2021.[2]
Biography
Botkin earned a bachelor's degree in anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis. Her career experience includes working as director of corporate communications and government relations for the Electric Reliability Council of Texas.[1]
