A Snowmass-Wildcat Fire Protection District Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Pitkin County, which is in Colorado, where it was approved.
This question authorized the Snowmass-Wildcat Fire Protection District to increase property taxes in the District by up to 3 mills ($3 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) in order to fund the operation of the District. The first year revenue from this tax will be $800,000 collected in 2013.[1]
