The question on the ballot:

Shall Section 28 of Article III of the Constitution of this State be amended so as to provide that the General Assembly shall enact such laws as will exempt real and personal property of a debtor from attachment, levy and sale and to delete various provisions relating to existing specific exemptions and exemptions thereto?[1][2]
