The measure was approved overall.
Franklin County
- YES: 13,700 (62.28%)

Pickaway County
- YES 4 (11.76%)
- NO 30 (88.24%)

This measure sought to issue a bond in the amount of $148 million in order to pay for a new school facility as well as pay for additional repairs and furnishings as needed. A levy of $.29 per $100 of assessed property value would also be implemented to pay for the bond.[3]
