Spencer G. Key, Jr. is a district court judge for the 17B Judicial District, which presides over Stokes and Surry counties of North Carolina.[1] He was appointed to the court by former Governor Jim Hunt in 2000 and first elected to a full term on the court in November 2002.[2] He was re-elected to the 17B Judicial District in 2014, winning a term that expired on December 31, 2018.[3][4]
