Stephan W. Fogleman
Stephan W. Fogleman was a judge for the Orphans Court of Baltimore City in Maryland. He was appointed to the bench in March 2014.[1] He ran for re-election to the Orphans Court of Baltimore City in 2014, but he was defeated in the Democratic primary on June 24, 2014.[2] His term expired on December 31, 2014.[3]

Primary: He was defeated in the Democratic primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 18.1 percent of the vote. He competed against Mark H. Weisner, Granville Templeton, III, Charles Bernstein, and incumbent Judges Michele E. Loewenthal, and Lewyn Scott Garrett. Primary candidates competed for 3 seats.

Fogleman received his undergraduate degree from James Madison University in 1991 and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1994.[1]
