Stephen P. Carroll

Stephen P. Carroll is senior judge of District 2A of Iowa. He was appointed to the court in 1985. He retired in 2012 but continues to serve on senior judge status.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Carroll graduated from Grinnell College and received his law degree from Drake University.[3]
