Conley ran for election to the Twenty-Seventh Circuit Court.
Primary: He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on May 6, 2014.
General: He was defeated in the general election on August 7, 2014, after receiving 31.8 percent of the vote. He competed against Jeff Parham and Kevin McAlpin.

Education
Conley received his undergraduate degree from the University of Memphis in 1991 and his J.D. from the University of Memphis in 1993.[3]
Career
Conley has been a partner with the law firm of Conley Campbell Moss in Union City, Tennessee for twenty years. He specializes in personal injury, workers' compensation, family law, and criminal defense. He also serves as a county attorney for Obion County.[3]
