Waukesha, Wisconsin: Gov. Doyle has appointed Kathleen Stilling to fill a vacancy on the Waukesha County Circuit Court. She will replace Judge Paul Reilly, who is moving to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals in August. She will then face a retention election in the spring of 2011.

Stilling worked in the State Public Defender's Office from 1981 to 1989. Since then, she has worked as a private practice lawyer.[1]
