Terrel "Ned" Tovey
Terrel "Ned" Tovey was a 2014 Republican candidate for District 29B of the Idaho House of Representatives.
Biography
Tovey is an Idaho native who grew up in Pocatello.[1]
Tovey earned his B.A. at Idaho State University. His professional experience includes working as a loan officer. He served in the United States Army Reserve from June 2001 through February 2014, earning the rank of First Lieutenant.[2] He is a veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan.[1]

Elections for the Idaho House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 14, 2014. Incumbent Elaine Smith was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Terrel "Ned" Tovey was unopposed in the Republican primary. Smith defeated Tovey in the general election.[3][4][5][6]
