Thomas L. LeClaire
Thomas L. LeClaire was a judge on the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona. He was appointed to the court on April 30, 2010, by Governor Jan Brewer. He retired on June 30, 2015.[1]

LeClaire received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. from Cornell University.[2]
