Thomas M. Davy
Thomas Michael Davy was a judge on the Cook County 4th Subcircuit in Illinois.[1] He was first elected to the bench in 1992 and was retained in 1998, 2004 and 2010.[2] His last term expired in 2016.
Education
Davy earned an undergraduate degree from Loyola University, going on to receive his J.D. from DePaul University.[2]
Career
Prior to his judicial election in 1992, Davy worked in the Cook County State's Attorney's Office for eighteen years in both the Criminal and Civil Divisions. He also gained experience as a court coordinator in the Office of the Chief Judge of the Cook County Circuit Court.[2]

Davy was retained in 2010, receiving 75.85% of the vote.[3][4]
Davy was recommended for retention by the Judicial Performance Commission of Cook County.[5]
