Thomas P. Billings was an associate judge for the Superior Court in Massachusetts. He was appointed to the bench in 2001 by former Governor Jane M. Swift. He retired in 2019, citing health concerns, and passed away in 2022 .

Education

Billings received his undergraduate degree from Vassar College in 1975 and his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law in 1980.
