Thomas P. Billings

Thomas P. Billings was an associate judge for the Superior Court in Massachusetts.[1] He was appointed to the bench in 2001 by former Governor Jane M. Swift.[2] He retired in 2019, citing health concerns, and passed away in 2022 .[3]
Education
Billings received his undergraduate degree from Vassar College in 1975 and his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law in 1980.[4]
