Thomas P. Rogers
Thomas P. Rogers is a judge on the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He was first elected to the court in 2003.[1] He ran for retention in 2013 and was retained for a term expiring in 2023.[2]
2013 election
Rogers was retained to the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas with 75.9 percent of the vote on November 5, 2013. [2]
Education
Rogers earned both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from Temple University.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Rogers spent 26 years as a police officer of Lower Providence Township, 11 of which he was the chief. During his time as chief he attended night classes at Temple University to earn his J.D. After receiving his J.D., Rogers practiced law until he was elected to the court.[4][5]
