Thomas S. Kaplanes
Thomas S. Kaplanes is a judge of the Boston Municipal Court.[1] He was appointed in 2013 to fill the seat vacated by the retirement of Robert P. Ziemian.[2]
Education
Kaplanes earned his B.A. from Providence College in 1990 and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1999.[2]
