Timothy S. Searer
Timothy S. Searer was a judge on the Mifflin County Court of Common Pleas in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.[1] Searer was defeated in his 2013 re-election bid and his term expired in December 2013.[2]

Searer ran for re-election to the Mifflin County Court of Common Pleas.
Primary: He received 51.9 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary on May 21, 2013. He also cross-filed as a Republican, but lost that primary with 49.8% of the vote.
General: He was defeated by Dave W. Barron in the general election on November 5, 2013, after receiving 46.1 percent of the vote.

Searer was re-elected to the Mifflin County Court of Common Pleas.[6]

Searer received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1977 and his J.D. from Duquesne University in 1980.[7]
