Dave W. Barron is a judge for the Mifflin County Court of Common Pleas in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.[1] He was elected to the court on November 5, 2013 and his current termexpires in 2023.[2]

2013 election

Barron ran for election to the Mifflin County Court of Common Pleas.

Primary: He received 50.11 percent of the vote in the Republican primary on May 21, 2013. He also cross-filed as a Democrat, but lost that primary with 47.9 percent of the vote. 
General: He defeated Timothy S. Searer in the general election on November 5, 2013, receiving 54.0 percent of the vote.

Education

Barron received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University and his J.D. degree from the Widener University School of Law in 1992.[1]

Career

Prior to his election to the bench, Barron served as an assistant district attorney for Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.[1]
